Nippon Denko Co., LTD. hereby announces that it has resolved, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 24th, 2023, to change the personnel as follows.
The election of audit & supervisory board member is scheduled to be formally decided upon approval at the 123rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 30th, 2023.
